Fire Rated Doors

Redshield manufacture Fire Rated Doors to customers' specifications. We can offer a range of Rebated Fire Rated Doors and Double Action Fire Rated Doors. Depending on the rating required we are able to offer Single and Double Rebated Fire Rated Doors in Stainless Steel and Polyester Powder Coated Mild Steel from 30/0 (E30) to 120/0 (E120) and in Aluminium from 30/0 to 60/60, Unequal Rebated Fire Rated Doors are available in Polyester Powder Coated Mild Steel and Aluminium from 30/0 to 60/60. We are also able to offer manual or automatic sliding aluminium fire rated doors up to 60/0.

As compliance with BS476 is imperative when installing fire rated doors we use our extensive experience to advise our customers on the availability of the tests given the materials and dimensions of the project.

As Customer Service is a key part of our philosophy we keep our lead times to a minimum and offer an addition service of a tool box talk to help your installers comply with fire regulations.  

Fire rated doors can easily be made into fire rated screens with the addition of fire rated fixed light windows, these fire rated windows can be made in the same material as your doors and as with the doors are only restricted by complying with the test data.
